Setup

1. Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials and ensure no parts are left behind.

3. Fill Clean Water Tank: Open the clean water tank (usually marked with a blue cap or clear tank). Fill it with clean water up to the MAX line. For optimal performance and to prevent mineral buildup, distilled water is recommended.
4. Add Cleaning Solution: If using cleaning solution, fill the detergent tank with the recommended DREAME cleaning solution. The N20 features an auto-mix solution system, so it will dispense the correct amount. Do not overfill.

Operating Instructions

The DREAME N20 offers four cleaning modes for various cleaning needs. Select the appropriate mode using the control panel.

1. Cleaning Modes

• 212°F Steam Wash: Ideal for deep cleaning and sanitizing carpets and upholstery, tackling hidden stains and odors. Steam generation begins approximately 35 seconds after activation.
• 150°F Hot Water Wash: Effective for breaking down grease, grime, and tough stains on fabrics.
• Cold Water Wash: Suitable for delicate fabrics and protein-based stains (e.g., blood, milk, pet vomit) which can set with heat.
• Steam (for Hard Surfaces): Delivers pressurized steam for cleaning hard surfaces like tile grout, kitchen appliances, and tight corners. Use with appropriate attachments.

2. General Operation

1. Power On: Press the power button on the control panel.
2. Select Mode: Choose your desired cleaning mode (Steam Wash, Hot Wash, Cold Wash, or Steam) by pressing the mode selection button.
3. Apply Solution/Steam: Hold the cleaning tool over the area to be cleaned. Press the trigger on the handle to dispense water/solution or steam.
4. Scrub and Extract: Gently scrub the stained area with the brush attachment. Release the trigger and slowly pull the tool over the wet area to extract the dirty water. Repeat as necessary until the area is clean.
