2. Safety Information
WARNING: Actuation of your CO Alarm indicates the presence of Carbon Monoxide (CO) which can kill you.
In case of a CO alarm:
- Operate the TEST/HUSH button.
- Call your emergency services (Fire Dept. or 911).
- Immediately move to fresh air - outdoors or by an open door/window. Do a head count to check that all persons are accounted for. Do not re-enter the premises nor move away from the open door/window until the emergency services responders have arrived, the premises has been aired out, and your alarm remains in its normal condition.
- After following steps 1-3, if your alarm reactivates within a 24-hour period, repeat steps 1-3 and call a qualified appliance technician to investigate for sources of CO from fuel-burning equipment and appliances, and inspect for proper operation of this equipment. If problems are identified during this inspection, have the equipment serviced immediately. Note any combustion inspection not inspected by the technician and consult the manufacturer's instructions, or contact the manufacturer directly for more information about CO safety and this equipment. Make sure that motor vehicles are not, and have not been, operating in an attached garage or adjacent to the residence.
Always ensure proper placement and regular testing of your detector to maintain optimal safety.

5. Operation
Testing the Alarm:
Regularly test your detector to ensure it is working properly. Press and hold the TEST/HUSH button on the front of the unit. The alarm will sound, and the LED indicators will flash. Release the button to stop the test. Perform this test weekly.
Silencing the Alarm:
In case of a nuisance alarm (e.g., from cooking smoke), press the TEST/HUSH button to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will enter a temporary hush period, typically for several minutes, before resetting. If the smoke or CO concentration remains high, the alarm will reactivate.
Wireless Interconnection:
The XP0H-WN supports wireless interconnection with up to 24 compatible X-Sense Link+ devices. When one interconnected alarm detects smoke or CO, all other connected alarms will sound simultaneously. This feature ensures that everyone in your home is alerted quickly, regardless of their location.

- Fault Indication: If the unit indicates a fault (e.g., specific LED pattern or chirp), consult the full user manual for detailed fault codes and recommended actions. This may indicate a sensor issue or end-of-life.
- Interconnection Issues: Ensure all interconnected devices are within range and properly paired. Refer to the full user manual for pairing instructions.
