Setup

Battery Installation

1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Insert the 46950 rechargeable battery with the positive (+) terminal facing towards the flashlight head.
3. Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is finger-tight. Ensure the O-ring is properly seated to maintain water resistance.

Attaching the Handle and Shoulder Strap

1. Align the handle with the screw holes on the flashlight body.
2. Secure the handle using the four provided screws.
3. Attach the two steel rings to the designated loops on the flashlight body or handle.
4. Clip the shoulder strap to the steel rings for convenient carrying.

Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the battery.

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the flashlight body.
2. Open the rubber cover protecting the charging port.
3. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the flashlight and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., USB adapter, power bank, car charger).
4. The indicator light near the charging port will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
5. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber cover to maintain water resistance.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

• Turn On/Off: Single click the side switch to turn the flashlight on or off.
• Brightness Adjustment (Ramping): When the flashlight is on, press and hold the side switch to smoothly ramp up or down the brightness level. Release the switch at your desired brightness.
• Moonlight Mode: From OFF, press and hold the side switch for approximately 1 second to enter Moonlight mode (lowest brightness).
• Turbo Mode: From ON or OFF, double-click the side switch to instantly activate Turbo mode (maximum brightness). Double-click again to return to the previous brightness level.
• Strobe Mode: From ON or OFF, triple-click the side switch to activate Strobe mode. Single click to turn off or return to the previous mode.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a clean, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• O-rings: Periodically inspect the O-rings for wear and tear. Replace them with the provided spare O-rings if necessary to maintain the waterproof seal. Apply a thin layer of silicone grease to the O-rings to keep them supple.
• Threads: Keep the threads of the tail cap clean and lubricated. This ensures smooth operation and proper electrical contact.
• Battery Care: If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent potential leakage. Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
• Charging Port: Always ensure the Type-C charging port cover is sealed when not charging to prevent water and dust ingress.
