Troubleshooting
Drawer Not Sliding Smoothly
If the pull-out feeding drawer or food storage bin does not slide smoothly, check for any obstructions in the rails. Ensure the rails are clean and free of debris. If the issue persists, verify that the assembly screws are properly tightened and the unit is on a level surface.
General Stability Concerns
Ensure the unit is placed on a completely flat and stable surface. If wobbling occurs, check all assembly points to confirm screws are tightened. Avoid placing heavy items unevenly on the top surface or in the storage compartments.
