4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires two adults. Follow the detailed, step-by-step instructions provided in the separate assembly manual included with your product. All hardware is clearly labeled to simplify the process.

General Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unbox all components and lay them out. Match each part to the provided parts list in the assembly manual.
2. Assemble the Main Cabinet: Follow the instructions to construct the outer cabinet frame. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install Drawer Slides and Wheels: Attach the drawer slides to the cabinet and assemble the bottom storage drawer, including the 12 directional wheels for mobility.
4. Integrate the Bed Frame: Install the folding bed frame mechanism into the cabinet. This includes the premium smooth rails for easy pull-out.
5. Install Charging Station: Secure the charging station unit into its designated slot.
6. Final Checks: Verify all screws and bolts are tightened. Test the bed transformation mechanism for smooth operation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Transforming the Bed (Cabinet to Bed)

1. Step 1: Ensure the area in front of the cabinet is clear of obstructions.
2. Step 2: Open the bottom storage drawer. This drawer is part of the bed's base.
3. Step 3: Grasp the handle on the front panel of the bed frame. Using both hands, gently pull the bed frame outwards and downwards. The premium smooth rails will guide the bed out.
4. Step 4: Continue to unfold the bed board until it is fully extended and flat. Ensure the support legs are properly deployed and locked into place for stability.
5. Step 5: Place your foldable mattress (not included) onto the bed frame.

To transform the bed back into a cabinet, reverse these steps. Remove the mattress, fold the bed board upwards, and gently push the bed frame back into the cabinet until it locks securely. Close the bottom drawer.
