Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

  • Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, drapes, walls, and the like, when in operation.
  • Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or similar materials.
  • Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
  • Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

Setup

Unpacking

  • Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
  • Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective films from the appliance.
  • Check that all included components are present.

Placement

  • Place the oven on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides).
  • Do not place the oven near flammable materials, curtains, or walls.
  • Ensure the power cord is not touching any hot surfaces.

Initial Cleaning

  • Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  • Wash the bake pan, bake rack, and pan handle in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

First Use (Burn-in)

  • Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
  • Set the Thermostat Dial to maximum temperature (250°C).
  • Set the Selector Dial to both top and bottom heating elements.
  • Set the Timer Dial to 15 minutes.
  • A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial operation; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
  • Once the timer rings, turn all dials to the "OFF" position and allow the oven to cool completely.

Operating Instructions

Control Dials

  • Thermostat Dial: Controls the internal temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
  • Selector Dial:
    • Top Heating: For grilling and browning.
    • Bottom Heating: For gentle baking or keeping food warm.
    • Both Top & Bottom Heating: For general baking and roasting.
  • Timer Dial: Sets the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero and a bell will ring. For continuous operation, turn the dial to the "Stay On" position (if available, otherwise set to maximum time and monitor).

General Operation

  1. Place the bake rack or bake pan with food into the oven. Ensure adequate space around the food for even cooking.
  2. Close the glass door securely.
  3. Set the desired temperature using the Thermostat Dial.
  4. Select the appropriate heating mode (top, bottom, or both) using the Selector Dial.
  5. Set the cooking time using the Timer Dial. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is operating.
  6. When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically turn off, and a bell will sound.
  7. Carefully open the oven door and use the pan handle to remove the hot bake pan or rack.
  8. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet after use and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Maintenance and Cleaning

General Cleaning

  • Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  • Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Clean the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For stubborn stains, a paste of baking soda and water can be used, then wiped clean.
  • The glass door can be cleaned with a glass cleaner.

Cleaning Accessories

  • The bake pan, bake rack, and pan handle can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
  • For baked-on food, soak accessories in hot soapy water before cleaning.

Troubleshooting
