Setup

Charging the Device

1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port at the bottom of the device.
2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the device and a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
3. The indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours.
4. Once fully charged, the device provides 4-6 hours of use depending on the speed setting.

Attaching Massage Heads

The device comes with four interchangeable massage heads:

• Large Ball Head: Suitable for large muscle groups like arms, back, hips, and legs.
• U-Shaped Head: Designed for massaging the spine and neck.
• Small Round Head: Ideal for joints and smaller muscle areas.
• Bullet Head: For targeting specific deep tissue points.

1. Select the desired massage head.
2. Gently insert the stem of the massage head into the opening at the front of the massage gun.
3. Ensure the head is securely attached before use. To remove, gently pull the head straight out.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. To power on, press and hold the power button located at the bottom of the device for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.
2. To adjust the speed, press the power button repeatedly. The device features 6 speed settings, indicated by the blue lights around the power button.
3. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

Using the Massage Gun

Gently apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid pressing too hard or staying in one spot for too long. The device features an intelligent pressure sensing system that adjusts impact force and speed based on applied pressure.

Recommended usage time is not more than 15 minutes per session. The device has a 15-minute timer protection feature.

Smart Pressure Indicator

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Wipe the device with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Clean massage heads with a mild soap and water solution, then rinse and air dry completely before reattaching.

Storage
