This manual provides essential information for safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.

3.2 Dual Tank System
The appliance features two separate tanks for efficient cleaning:
- Clean Water Tank: 4.2 Liters capacity, for fresh water and cleaning solution.
- Dirty Water Tank: 35 Liters capacity, for collecting soiled water.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in Section 3 are present.
- Wheel Assembly: Attach the wheels to the base of the unit if they are not pre-assembled.
- Hose Connection: Connect the flexible hose to the suction inlet on the main unit. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Accessory Attachment: Select the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task and attach it to the end of the hose.
- Fill Clean Water Tank: Remove the 4.2L clean water tank. Fill it with clean water and, if desired, a suitable cleaning solution. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Reinsert the tank securely.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
- Ensure the clean water tank is filled and the dirty water tank is empty.
- Select the desired cleaning mode using the control panel switches.
- Turn on the appliance.
- For spraying, press the trigger on the nozzle handle.
- Move the nozzle slowly over the surface to be cleaned, ensuring even coverage.
- When finished, turn off the appliance and unplug it.
5.2 Hot Water Cleaning (up to 60°C)
The integrated 1200W heater allows for hot water cleaning, ideal for stubborn stains, grease, and odors.
- Fill the clean water tank with cold or lukewarm water. The heater will warm it to the optimal temperature.
- Activate the hot water function switch on the control panel. Allow a few minutes for the water to heat up.
- Proceed with cleaning as described in Section 5.1. The hot water will be dispensed through the nozzle.

5.3 Wet/Dry Vacuuming
The Primewash 2800 can also be used for general wet or dry vacuuming.
- For dry vacuuming, ensure the HEPA filter is clean and properly installed. Do not use water in the clean water tank.
- For wet vacuuming, remove the HEPA filter to prevent damage. The dirty water tank will collect liquids.
- Use the appropriate nozzle (e.g., floor brush for dry vacuuming, wide washing nozzle for wet spills).
5.4 Applications
The versatile accessory set allows for cleaning various surfaces:
- Carpets and Rugs: Use the wide washing nozzle for deep cleaning.
- Upholstery and Mattresses: Use the narrow washing nozzle for targeted cleaning.
- Hard Floors: Use the floor brush for dry vacuuming or the wide washing nozzle for wet cleaning (ensure floor type is suitable for wet cleaning).
- Windows and Glass: Attach the window nozzle for streak-free cleaning.
- Crevices and Tight Spaces: Use the crevice nozzle for detailed cleaning.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your LEHMANN Primewash 2800.
6.1 After Each Use
- Empty Dirty Water Tank: Always empty the 35L dirty water tank after each use. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
- Empty Clean Water Tank: If any cleaning solution remains, empty and rinse the 4.2L clean water tank.
- Rinse Nozzles and Hoses: Rinse all used nozzles and the flexible hose with clean water to prevent clogging.
6.2 HEPA Filter Maintenance
The XXL HEPA filter (Ø19.5 cm) is crucial for air filtration.
- Cleaning: For dry vacuuming, regularly tap the filter to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, rinse under cold running water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.
- Replacement: Replace the HEPA filter every 6-12 months, or more frequently with heavy use, to maintain optimal filtration.
- Wet Vacuuming: Remove the HEPA filter when performing wet vacuuming to prevent damage and maintain suction power.

6.3 Storage
Store the appliance in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all tanks are empty and clean before storage.
