In BT Trans mode, you can pair a single Bluetooth helmet or earphone. This is ideal for solo riders.

- Connect the second Bluetooth helmet/headset to Bluetooth 2 on the W702RS PRO.
- Voice assistant commands and phone call audio will be transmitted to Bluetooth 1.

Voice assistant commands and phone call audio are only transmitted to Bluetooth 1. Ensure the primary rider's headset is connected to Bluetooth 1. The effective range for intercom is approximately 10 meters.
- Software Update Failure:
The included 64GB TF card does not support software upgrades. Use a smaller capacity TF card (32GB, 16GB, 8GB, or 4GB) for software updates.
- Incompatibility with Huawei/HarmonyOS Phones:
The device is not compatible with Huawei phones or devices running HarmonyOS. Please use a compatible iOS (6 and above) or Android (11 and above) device.
- Wired Controller Not Answering Calls (Android):
When an Android phone is connected, the cycle button on the wired controller does not support answering incoming calls. This is a known limitation.
