Setup

1. App Installation

To unlock the full potential of your SUNKTA EF24-D smartwatch, download the companion application, typically named FitCloudPro, from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android devices). Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.

2. Device Pairing

  1. Ensure your smartwatch is charged and powered on.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  3. Open the FitCloudPro app and follow the prompts to add a new device.
  4. Select the SUNKTA EF24-D from the list of available devices.
  5. Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and smartwatch.

Maintenance

Charging the Smartwatch

The smartwatch is equipped with a 1000mAh high-capacity battery. Use the provided magnetic charging cables (USB or Type-C) to charge the device. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

  • Connect the magnetic end of the charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter or port.
  • The watch screen will indicate charging status.

Strap Replacement

The smartwatch comes with three distinct straps. To change a strap:

  1. Locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the strap where it connects to the watch body.
  2. Slide the pin inwards to detach the strap.
  3. Align the new strap with the watch body and slide the pin back into place until it clicks securely.
  4. For the metal strap, use the provided tool to add or remove links for a comfortable fit.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on.
  • Cannot pair with smartphone: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is within range. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Check if the FitCloudPro app has all necessary permissions.
  • Notifications not received: Verify that notification permissions are granted to the FitCloudPro app in your phone's settings. Also, ensure the app is running in the background and not being closed by battery optimization settings.
  • Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors regularly. Remember that health data is for reference and not medical diagnosis.
  • Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary features like always-on display, and limit frequent heart rate monitoring if not needed.
