Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the top of the unit until the indicator light turns green.
  2. Submerge the Cleaner: Gently place the Pondee X1 into the pool. Submerge it slowly to allow air to escape and the unit to fill with water. Ensure it sinks to the bottom.
  3. Automatic Cleaning: Once submerged, the cleaner will automatically begin its cleaning cycle. It utilizes dual brushless motors and dual suction ports for efficient debris collection. The hydrodynamic design allows for smooth movement across the pool floor.
  4. Cleaning Trajectory: The wheels can be assembled in different configurations to adjust the cleaning trajectory, optimizing coverage for your pool size.
  5. Auto-Parking: When the battery is low or the cleaning cycle is complete (up to 120 minutes), the Pondee X1 will automatically park itself near the pool wall for easy retrieval.
  6. Retrieval: Use the included hook to retrieve the cleaner from the pool. Allow excess water to drain before removing it completely.

  2. Unit Cleaning: Periodically rinse the exterior of the cleaner with fresh water to remove any chemical residues or debris.
  3. Storage: Store the Pondee X1 in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure it is fully charged before long-term storage.

Troubleshooting

  • Cleaner not moving: Ensure the unit is fully charged and the power button is pressed until the green indicator light is solid. Check for any obstructions in the wheels or suction ports.
  • Poor cleaning performance: Clean the filter tray thoroughly. Ensure the pool water chemistry is balanced. Verify that the cleaner is operating for the full 120-minute cycle.
  • Unit not parking correctly: Ensure there are no large obstructions near the pool walls that could prevent the auto-parking function from engaging.
