Setup and Assembly
Basic assembly is required. It is recommended to have at least two adults for assembly. Lay out all parts and hardware before beginning. A rubber mallet, a set of metric T hex wrenches (5mm), and WD-40 for sticker residue removal may be helpful.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list (not provided in this manual, refer to your product packaging). Ensure no parts are missing or damaged.
- Prepare Assembly Area: Assemble the bunk bed in the room where it will be used, ensuring ample space. The assembled unit may not fit through standard doorways.
- Assemble Base Frames: Begin by assembling the base frames for both the twin and full beds. Attach all bolts hand-tight initially to allow for adjustments.
- Attach Support Legs and Slats: Securely attach all support legs and install the metal slats into the frames. Ensure plastic stoppers are used to reduce noise.
- Connect Upper and Lower Sections: Carefully lift and connect the upper twin bed frame to the lower full bed frame. This step requires at least two people.
- Install Ladders and Guardrails: Attach the integrated ladders to both ends of the bunk bed. Install all full-length guardrails on the upper bunk.
- Final Tightening: Once all parts are in place and aligned, firmly tighten all bolts. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the metal tubing.

Operating Instructions
- Weight Capacity: Adhere strictly to the weight limits: 250 lbs for the upper bed and 400 lbs for the bottom bed.
- Ladder Use: Always use the integrated ladders for accessing the upper bunk. Do not jump onto or off the bunk bed.
- Mattress Placement: Ensure mattresses are properly seated within the bed frame and do not exceed the recommended thickness to maintain guardrail effectiveness.
- Guardrails: The upper bunk is equipped with full-length guardrails. Ensure they are always in place and secure.

Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary.
- Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
