Front Panel Controls:

  • LED Screen: Displays current mode, track number, time, and FM frequency.

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC-5V IN port on the device and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The LED screen will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours and provides up to 3.5 hours of playback.

2. Powering On/Off

Press the Power ON/OFF button on the front panel to turn the device on or off.

3. Installation Options

The WDV04 offers two installation methods:

  • Desktop Stand: Attach the provided desktop stand to the back of the CD player and place it on any flat surface like a desk, nightstand, or kitchen counter.
  • Wall Mount: Use the included wall mount kit (screws and wall plugs) to securely fix the CD player to a wall. This saves space and keeps your area tidy. Ensure the wall is suitable for drilling and mounting.

Operating Instructions

The WDV04 supports multiple audio sources. Press the Mode button to switch between CD, USB, Bluetooth, FM Radio, and AUX Input modes.

1. CD Playback

  1. Open the CD cover.
  2. Carefully place a CD (CD, CD-R, CD-RW) onto the spindle, label side up.
  3. Close the CD cover.
  4. Press the Mode button until "CD" appears on the LED screen.
  5. The CD player will automatically start reading and playing the disc.
  6. Use the Play/Pause, Previous, and Next buttons to control playback.

2. Bluetooth Mode

Connect your smartphone, tablet, or laptop via Bluetooth to stream music wirelessly.

  1. Press the Mode button until "BLUE" appears on the LED screen. The device will enter pairing mode.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device, search for "WDV04" in the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Select "WDV04" to pair. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
  4. You can now play audio from your connected device through the CD player.

3. USB Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the side of the player.
  2. Press the Mode button until "USB" appears on the LED screen.
  3. The player will automatically detect and play audio files from the USB drive.
  4. Use the Play/Pause, Previous, and Next buttons to control playback.

4. FM Radio

  1. Press the Mode button until "FM" appears on the LED screen.
  2. Press the Play/Pause button to initiate an automatic scan for FM stations. The player will save detected stations.
  3. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through the saved stations.

5. AUX Input

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the AUX port on the CD player.
  2. Connect the other end to the audio output jack of an external device (e.g., MP3 player, phone without Bluetooth).
  3. Press the Mode button until "AUX" appears on the LED screen.
  4. Audio from the external device will now play through the CD player. Control playback from the external device.

6. Timer Function

The WDV04 includes a timer function. Refer to the detailed instructions in the included user manual for setting specific timer functions.

7. Remote Control

The included remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance. Ensure the remote is pointed directly at the optical sensor on the front of the CD player for best responsiveness. Functions include power, mode selection, volume, track skipping, play/pause, and timer settings.

Charging the Battery

The WDV04 is equipped with a built-in 4000 mAh rechargeable battery, allowing for portable use without constant connection to a power outlet. This is convenient for indoor use, outdoor relaxation, travel, or listening on the go.

To charge, connect the USB charging cable to the DC-5V IN port and a power source. The LED indicator will show charging status. Disconnect the charger once fully charged to preserve battery life.
