4. Installation Guide
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your ice maker. Follow these steps carefully.
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Setup
Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. It is recommended to have at least two people for safe handling due to the unit's weight (147.7 lbs).

- Install the Ice Bin Feet: Attach the four M20*120 machine feet to the bottom of the ice storage bin. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Install the Ice Storage Bucket Drain Pipe: Connect the ice storage bin drain hose connector and snap ring to the designated drain outlet on the ice storage bin. Then attach the ice storage bin drain hose.
- Install the Ice Plate and Cover Plate: Place the upper baffle for the ice bin inside the storage bin, securing it with the manual mounting screws. Then install the ice block baffle. Finally, position the cover plate over the ice bin opening.
- Mount the Ice Maker Head Unit: Carefully lift the ice maker head unit and place it onto the ice storage bin, ensuring it aligns correctly.
- Connect Water Inlet and Outlet Pipes: Connect the filter inlet hose to the water supply and the ice maker water inlet hose to the ice maker's inlet port. Connect the ice maker head drain hose to the appropriate outlet. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
- Remove Internal Tapes: Open the ice maker head unit and remove any blue tapes securing internal components for transport.

4.2 Location Requirements
- Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space from walls or other appliances.
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
- The ambient temperature should be between 50°F (10°C) and 90°F (32°C).
- Ensure a dedicated grounded electrical outlet is available.
- Provide access to a potable water supply with appropriate pressure and a drain for wastewater.

- Power Button: Turns the machine on or off.
- Ice Thickness Adjustment: Allows you to select desired ice cube thickness (Thin, Medium, Thick). Thicker ice takes longer to produce.
- Self-Cleaning Function: Initiates an automatic cleaning cycle.
- Scheduled Ice Making: Set a timer for the machine to start or stop ice production.
- Indicator Lights: Provide status updates for water pressure, high temperature, harvest overtime, and ice flip.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1 Automatic Self-Cleaning
The ice maker features a one-touch self-cleaning function for convenience.
