Water Resistance

Your PINDOWS G632 watch is rated for 50 meters (5 ATM) water resistance. This means it is suitable for:

  • Hand washing
  • Rain exposure
  • Shallow swimming

Important Limitations:

  • DO NOT operate any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
  • NOT suitable for diving, snorkeling, or high-pressure water activities.
  • AVOID exposure to hot water, such as hot showers or saunas, as this can compromise the watch's seals.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Watch

  • Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture.
  • For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then wipe dry immediately.
  • Avoid using chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's case and band.

Battery Replacement

The watch is powered by a long-life battery. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is properly maintained.

Storage

When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your watch, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Digital Display is Blank or Dim:
This usually indicates a low battery. Replace the battery as described in the Maintenance section.
  • Time is Inaccurate:
Ensure the time and date are set correctly according to the Setup Instructions. If the issue persists after setting, the battery may be low or the movement may require servicing.
  • Buttons are Unresponsive:
Check if the watch is in a specific mode that locks buttons (e.g., some watches have a button lock feature, though not explicitly listed for this model). Ensure no debris is lodged around the buttons. If the watch was recently exposed to water, ensure it is completely dry before attempting to use buttons.
  • Water Inside the Watch:
If you notice condensation or water droplets inside the watch, immediately stop using it and take it to a professional watch repair service. This indicates a compromised water resistance seal.
