6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Fingerprint Enrollment
The lock supports up to 50 unique fingerprints. The first fingerprint registered becomes the administrator (manager) fingerprint. This fingerprint is essential for adding new users, deleting users, and emergency unlocking.
- Initial Enrollment (Administrator): When the lock is new or reset, touch the fingerprint sensor. The blue light will flash. Place your finger on the sensor multiple times (typically 5-10 times) until the lock confirms successful enrollment with a green light and a beep. This first registered fingerprint is the administrator.
- Adding User Fingerprints: To add more fingerprints, place the administrator finger on the sensor until the blue light flashes. Then, have the new user place their finger on the sensor multiple times until a green light and beep confirm successful enrollment.
- Deleting Fingerprints: To delete all registered fingerprints, place the administrator finger on the sensor and hold it for approximately 10 seconds until the red light flashes and a long beep sounds. All user fingerprints will be cleared. The administrator fingerprint will need to be re-enrolled.
6.2 Unlocking the Lock
The lock supports two operating modes:
- Single Key Mode (Default): Simply place a registered fingerprint on the sensor. The lock will unlock with a green light and a click.
- Double Key Mode: To activate this mode, refer to the detailed instructions in the full user manual (contact support if not included). In Double Key Mode, two different registered fingerprints must be placed on the sensor sequentially to unlock.

6.3 Emergency Unlock
In case of forgotten fingerprints or power failure:
- Manager Fingerprint: If other user fingerprints are forgotten, the administrator (manager) fingerprint can always unlock the device.
- USB Electronic Key: During a power outage, connect the provided USB electronic key to the lock's emergency interface. This will provide temporary power to unlock the device.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Charging the Lock
The lock features a USB emergency interface for charging. When the battery is low, the blue light will flash. Connect the provided USB charger cable to the lock and a power source. The RGB light will blink during charging and turn solid green when fully charged.

7.2 Battery Life
The lock is designed for low power consumption, offering over 12 months of standby time on a single charge.
8. Troubleshooting
- Lock Not Responding: Check the battery level. If the blue light is flashing, recharge the lock using the USB emergency interface.
- Fingerprint Not Recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try repositioning your finger on the sensor. If multiple attempts fail, use the administrator fingerprint or the electronic key for emergency unlock.
- Accidental Lockout: If you are locked out due to forgotten fingerprints or a dead battery, use the administrator fingerprint or the USB electronic key for emergency access.
- Anti-Theft Alarm Triggered: If the lock emits 2 beeps and a red flash, it indicates an incorrect fingerprint attempt. After 5 consecutive errors, the lock will enter a 210-second lockout period. Use a valid manager fingerprint to reset and unlock.
9. Safety Information
- Do not expose the lock to extreme temperatures or moisture.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents on the lock surface.
- Keep the electronic key and USB charger out of reach of children.
