  • Wheels: Periodically check the wheels for accumulated hair or debris and clean them to ensure smooth gliding.
  • Hardware: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain stability.
  • Electrical Components: Keep the remote control and power adapter dry. Do not attempt to open or repair electrical components yourself.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your chair, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Chair is unstable or wobbly:
Solution: Check all assembly screws and bolts, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and armrests. Tighten any loose hardware. Ensure the gas lift is properly seated in the star base.
  • Seat height adjustment not working:
Solution: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the chair does not raise, the gas lift cylinder may be faulty and require replacement. Contact customer support.
  • Massage or heating function not working:
    Solution:
    1. Verify that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the remote control and a working wall outlet.
    2. Check if the power button on the remote control is pressed.
    3. Inspect the power cable for any visible damage or kinks.
    4. If only the massage works but heating does not (or vice-versa), there might be an internal wiring issue. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • Chair makes squeaking noises:
Solution: Apply a small amount of silicone spray or lubricant to moving parts, such as the tilt mechanism and the connections between the backrest and seat. Check and tighten all screws.
  • Wheels not rolling smoothly:
Solution: Remove any hair, dust, or debris that may be caught in the wheel casters. Clean the wheels thoroughly.
