1. Safety Information

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On/Off

Locate the power button on the LCD display. Press and hold to turn the bicycle's electrical system on or off.

3.2 Smart LCD Display

The intelligent LCD display provides essential riding information:

  • Speed: Current riding speed.
  • Battery Level: Remaining battery charge.
  • Riding Distance: Trip distance and total mileage.
  • Assist Level: Current pedal assist mode (3 levels available).
  • Malfunction Mark: Indicates system errors or issues.

Use the control buttons near the display to cycle through information and adjust pedal assist levels.

3.3 Pedal Assist System (PAS) and 7-Speed Gears

The EK15 features a 250W high-speed brushless motor that provides pedal assistance. To activate the motor, you must pedal and reach a speed of at least 3.75 MPH (6 KM/H) due to the non-zero start safety feature.

  • Pedal Assist Levels: Select from 3 levels of pedal assistance using the display controls to match your desired effort and terrain.
  • 7-Speed Gear Shifting: Utilize the 7-speed gear system to further optimize your pedaling efficiency and adapt to various inclines and speeds. Shift gears smoothly to maintain a comfortable cadence.

3.4 Braking System

The EK15 is equipped with reliable mechanical dual disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. These provide consistent and strong stopping power in various conditions. Always apply both brakes simultaneously for balanced and effective stopping.

3.5 Battery and Charging

The bicycle is powered by a removable 36V 13Ah lithium-ion battery, offering a range of 40-90 km per charge. A full charge takes approximately 6-7 hours.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your EVERCROSS EK15 Electric Bicycle.
