Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the feeder.

2. Filling the Food Container

3. Choosing the Right Food Pusher
The feeder comes with three interchangeable spiral food pushers, each optimized for different food types:
- Tight Helices: For powder or pellets under 0.06"/1.5 mm.
- Loose Helices: For granules or sticks under 0.09"/2.5 mm (factory-installed).
- Sharp Teeth: For flakes under 0.1"/3 mm.
Select the appropriate pusher for your fish food. Refer to the 'Food Pusher Replacement Guide' section for instructions on changing pushers.

4. Mounting Options
The feeder offers two installation methods:
- Rimless Tank Wall/Lip Mounting: Use the included mounting bracket to fix the feeder to the tank wall. This is not suitable for tanks with rims over 0.8"/2 cm thick.
- Covered Tank Lid Attachment: Use the lid adapter and the double-sided adhesive pad for stable placement on a covered tank. Ensure the feeder's food outlet aligns with the feeding hole in the lid.

Operation

1. Setting Current Time
- Press the Setting button (gear icon) once. The hour digits will blink.
- Use the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the Setting button again. The minute digits will blink.
- Use the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to adjust the minute.
- Wait 3 seconds for the settings to save automatically.

2. Setting Automatic Feeding Schedules
The feeder supports up to 4 feeding times per day. Here's how to set the first feeding time:
- Press the Setting button 3 times until the hour digits and a feed icon blink.
- Use the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to set the feeding hour.
- Press the Setting button again until the minute digits and feed icon blink.
- Use the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to set the feeding minute.
- Press the Setting button again until the portion digits and feed icon blink.
- Use the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to set the number of feeding portions (1-10).
- Repeat steps 1-6 for additional feeding times (up to 4). Wait 3 seconds for settings to save.

3. Manual Feeding
To dispense food manually at any time, simply press the On/Off button (power icon) once. The feeder will dispense one portion of food.
Tip: It is recommended to test the portion size by manually feeding 5-10 times before relying on automatic schedules.

Food Pusher Replacement Guide
To change the spiral food pusher for different food types:
- Remove the side and top covers of the food container.
- Flip open the protective door at the bottom of the container.
- Pinch and lift the pusher fastener to release it.
- Push out the old pusher from the inside of the container.
- Align the thread tip of the new pusher with the angled edge of the mechanism and insert it.
- Reinstall the pusher fastener by pushing it back into place until it clicks.
- Push back the side and top covers.
