- Install Mount: Attach the suction cup mount to the dashcam unit.
- Position Dashcam: Secure the mount to the cleaned area on your windshield, ensuring it does not obstruct your view. Adjust the angle for optimal front camera coverage.
- Connect Rear Camera: Route the rear camera cable from the main unit to the rear of your vehicle. Connect the rear camera and mount it securely, typically on the rear windshield or near the license plate.
- Connect Power: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and connect the Type-C end to the dashcam's power interface.
- Adjust Angle: Fine-tune the angles of the front, interior, and rear cameras to ensure desired coverage.
2. Wi-Fi and App Control (Viidure App)

Operating Instructions
1. Basic Recording
Once powered on, the dashcam will automatically begin recording. The front, interior, and rear cameras will record simultaneously. The recording status is indicated on the screen.
2. Loop Recording

Image: Depicts the G-sensor function triggering emergency video mode during a collision, and the loop recording process where older files are overwritten by new ones, ensuring continuous recording without manual deletion.
The dashcam continuously records video in short segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the memory card is full, the oldest unprotected files are automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures uninterrupted recording without manual management of storage space.
3. G-Sensor (Emergency Recording)
The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or rapid braking. When such an event occurs, the current video segment is automatically locked and saved to a protected folder, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical incident footage is preserved.
4. GPS Positioning

Image: A smartphone and laptop displaying map interfaces with vehicle routes and speed data, illustrating the GPS positioning feature for precise tracking and detailed log recording.
The integrated GPS module records your driving route, speed, and location data. This information is embedded in the video files and can be viewed using the dedicated player software on a computer or through the Viidure app, providing comprehensive documentation of your journeys.
5. Super Night Vision

Image: A split image comparing dashcam footage in low-light conditions, showing a blurry, noisy image without IR LEDs and a clearer, more detailed image with 4 IR LEDs activated, demonstrating enhanced night vision.
The dashcam is equipped with advanced night vision technology, including IR LEDs for the interior camera. This feature enhances image clarity, reduces noise and blur in low-light conditions, making details like license plates and road signs easier to recognize, even at night.
6. 24-Hour Parking Monitor
With an optional hardwire kit (not included), the dashcam can monitor your vehicle 24/7. If motion or impact is detected while the vehicle is parked, the dashcam will automatically start recording, providing continuous protection against vandalism or hit-and-runs.
7. ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems)
The ADAS suite provides real-time alerts for potential collisions, pedestrian presence, lane departure, and vehicle starting. Combined with blind spot detection and lane change assistance, these features help prevent accidents and enhance driving safety.
Maintenance
- Clean Lenses: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear recordings.
- Check SD Card: Periodically check the TF card for errors or corruption. Format the card monthly to maintain optimal performance and prevent data issues.
- Firmware Updates: Check the Inefala website or Viidure app for any available firmware updates to ensure your dashcam has the latest features and bug fixes.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the dashcam to extreme temperatures for extended periods, as this can affect battery life and device performance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Dashcam not powering on. | Ensure the car charger is properly connected and the vehicle's power outlet is functional. Check the power cable for damage. |
| Recording stops or freezes. | Format the TF card regularly. Ensure you are using a high-speed (Class 10 or U3) TF card. Replace the TF card if issues persist. |
| Wi-Fi connection issues. | Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the dashcam. Restart both the dashcam and your smartphone. Verify the Wi-Fi password. |
| GPS not tracking. | Ensure the dashcam has a clear view of the sky. It may take a few minutes to acquire a GPS signal, especially after initial setup or in areas with poor reception. |
| Poor video quality at night. | Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the night vision feature is enabled in settings if applicable. |
