Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge the H20 Pro. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the device's USB port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

2. Inserting the Micro SD Card

The H20 Pro comes with a 128GB Micro SD card. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the device. Gently insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. To remove, press the card inward until it springs out.

3. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device to turn it on or off. A short press will turn the screen on or off.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Navigation and Controls

The H20 Pro features a 3.2-inch touchscreen for primary navigation. Swipe and tap to browse menus, select songs, and adjust settings. Physical buttons on the side provide quick access to power, volume, and playback controls (play/pause, next/previous track).

2. Connecting Headphones

The device offers both 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced audio outputs. Connect your headphones to the appropriate port for optimal sound quality.

  • 3.5mm Output: Standard headphone jack.
  • 4.4mm Balanced Output: Provides stronger output and improved sound separation for compatible headphones.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect to Bluetooth headphones or speakers:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings menu on your H20 Pro.
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the H20 Pro and your desired audio device.
  3. Select "Search devices" on the H20 Pro.
  4. Choose your device from the list of available devices to pair.

The H20 Pro supports Bi-Directional Bluetooth 5.1, allowing it to act as both a Bluetooth source and a Bluetooth DAC/AMP.

4. USB DAC Function

Connect the H20 Pro to your computer using the USB Type-C cable. The device can function as an external USB DAC, enhancing your computer's audio output quality. Select the USB DAC mode on the player when prompted.

6. Wi-Fi and HiBy Music Compatibility

The H20 Pro supports 2.4G/5G dual-band Wi-Fi. This allows for internet radio streaming and using the HiBy Music app for Wi-Fi music transfer and HiByLink functionality, which enables remote control of the player via a smartphone.
