3.1 Assembly Steps
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, flat, and soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble the Frame: Connect the side panels to the back panel, followed by the top and bottom panels. Ensure all connections are secure using the provided hardware.
- Install Doors: Attach the safe doors to the main frame. Ensure they open and close smoothly.

To prevent accidental tipping and enhance security, the safe must be securely mounted to a wall or floor.
- Choose Location: Select a stable location, preferably against a solid wall or in a corner.
- Mark Drilling Points: The safe has pre-drilled holes on the back (4 holes) and bottom (2 holes). Mark these points on your wall or floor.
- Drill Holes: Use an appropriate drill bit for your wall/floor material.
- Secure the Safe: Align the safe with the drilled holes and secure it using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened firmly.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Initial Lock Setup (Digital Keypad)
Your safe comes with a digital keypad. Follow these steps to set your personal access codes.
- Open the Safe: Use the emergency key to open the safe door for the first time.
- Locate Settings Button: Inside the door, near the light, locate the small 'SETTINGS' button.
- Set User Code: Press the 'SETTINGS' button. Enter your desired new user code (4-8 digits), then press '#'. Test the new code with the door open before closing.
- Set Master Code (Optional): With the door open, press '00' then the 'SETTINGS' button. Enter your desired new master code (4-8 digits), then press '#'. This allows for a separate code for different users or as a backup.
Important: If you wish to give someone access without revealing your main code, the master code can be used. However, once the door is open, either code can be changed. Consider making both codes the same if this is not a concern.
4.2 Opening and Closing the Safe
- To Open: Enter your user or master code on the keypad, then turn the handle.
- To Close: Ensure the door is fully shut. Turn the handle to engage the locking bolts. The doors are held in place by strong double magnets for a tight fit.
- Key Access: In case of battery failure or forgotten code, use the emergency key to open the safe.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and proper functioning of your INTERGREAT Gun Safe.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior and interior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the powder coating. The safe's coating is moisture, corrosion, and rust-proof.
- Lock Mechanism: Periodically check the keypad for responsiveness. If the batteries are low, the keypad may become unresponsive.
- Battery Replacement: If the digital keypad batteries run low, replace them promptly. An external battery pack is provided for temporary power if internal batteries die while the safe is locked.
- Hinges and Bolts: Inspect hinges and locking bolts for any signs of wear or obstruction. Lubricate if necessary with a light machine oil.

6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Keypad unresponsive | Low or dead batteries | Replace batteries. Use the external battery pack for temporary power if locked out. |

| Difficulty changing PIN | Incorrect procedure; 'SETTINGS' button not located | Refer to Section 4.1 for detailed PIN change instructions. The 'SETTINGS' button is small and located inside the door near the light. |
| Safe feels unstable or tips easily | Not properly mounted | Ensure the safe is securely mounted to a wall or floor using all designated mounting points and hardware. Refer to Section 3.2. |
