5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Soulor CYD24 unit using the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the 'IN' port on the device and the other end to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The LCD display will show the charging progress.

5.2 Understanding the Display and Controls

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

Ensure the jump starter is at least 50% charged. Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories.

1. Insert the jumper cable into the EC5 jump start port on the unit. The red and green lights on the cable's smart clamp will flash alternately.
2. Connect the red (+) clamp to the vehicle's positive battery terminal and the black (-) clamp to the vehicle's negative battery terminal. The indicator on the smart clamp will turn solid green.
3. Start your car. Once the car starts, immediately remove the clamps from the battery, then disconnect the jumper cable from the jump starter.

Force Start Function (for severely depleted batteries):

1. After connecting the clamps to the battery, if the indicator light does not turn solid green, press and hold the "Force Start" button on the smart clamp for 3 seconds.
2. Wait for the indicator light to turn solid green.
3. Start your car.

6.2 Using the Tire Inflator

Ensure the unit is adequately charged. Attach the air compressor hose to the hose socket on the unit.

1. Connect the air hose to the tire valve and tighten it. Press the power button to turn on the device.
2. Press the Mode & Unit Adjust button to choose the desired inflation mode (car, motorcycle, bike, ball, free) and unit (PSI, BAR, KPA, Kg/cm²). Use the +/- buttons to set the target pressure.
3. Hold down the power button to start the pump. The pump will automatically shut off when it reaches the preset pressure. You can also short press the power button again to stop it manually.
