2. Setup

2.1 Mounting the Bike Computer

  1. Step 1: Place the bicycle computer horizontally onto the mount.
  2. Step 2: Attach the bicycle computer securely on the stand.
  3. Step 3: Turn the bicycle computer clockwise by 90 degrees until it locks into place.

2.2 App Download and Device Pairing

To fully utilize your Bikevee BKV100A, download the 'Link-S' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

  1. Turn on your Bikevee BKV100A.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Button Functions

  • Left Button (Play/Pause): Click to record/pause ride data. Long press for two seconds to stop recording data.
  • Middle Button (Settings): Long press to enter the settings page.
  • Right Button (Next Page): Click to navigate to the next data page.
  • Side Button: Long press for two seconds to turn the device on/off. Short press to turn backlight on/off while cycling.

3.2 Auto Backlight & Time Calibration

The device supports both manual and automatic backlight. When riding, briefly press the side button to toggle the backlight. The automatic backlight feature, enabled via software update, enhances visibility and supports GPS automatic time calibration.

3.5 Data Sync & Strava Integration

After each ride, long press the left button on the bike computer to stop recording data. This allows the data to be uploaded to the Link-S app. If you do not stop recording, data from the next ride may merge with the previous one.

  1. Open the Link-S app and navigate to the 'Data' section.
  2. Find the cycling record you wish to upload and click the green arrow icon next to it.
  3. To share with Strava, go to the 'Me' page in the Link-S app.
  4. Find '3rd party account link' and click on it.
  5. Link your Strava account. Once linked, you can upload your cycling data directly to Strava.

3.6 Time Zone and Speed Unit Settings

  1. Long press the middle button to enter the settings page.
  2. Use the right button to navigate through the settings until you find 'Time Zone' or 'Units'.
  3. Click the middle button to select and adjust the desired setting.
  4. Long press the middle button again to exit the settings page.

4. Maintenance

  • Inaccurate Data: Ensure GPS signal is strong. For ANT+ sensors, check battery levels and proper installation.
