Setup

The Morelax M859 Under Desk Oval Machine comes fully assembled, requiring no complex installation. Simply unpack and prepare for use.

  1. Remove the elliptical machine and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Place the anti-slip PVC pad on a flat, stable surface where you intend to use the machine.
  3. Position the elliptical machine on top of the PVC pad.
  4. Connect the power cord to the machine's power input and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
  5. Ensure the remote control has batteries installed (if not already).

Operating Instructions

The Morelax M859 offers both manual and automatic operating modes, controlled via the integrated touchpad or the remote control.

Power On/Off

  • To power on, press the START/STOP button on the touchpad or the POWER button on the remote control.
  • To power off, press the START/STOP button again or the POWER button on the remote.

Manual Mode (HR Mode)

In Manual Mode, you have full control over the speed and direction of the pedals.

  1. After powering on, the machine defaults to Manual Mode (indicated by "HR" on the display).
  2. Use the SPEED+ and SPEED- buttons on the touchpad or remote to adjust the speed (1-12 levels).
  3. Press the DIRECTION button on the touchpad or remote to switch between forward and reverse pedaling.

Automatic Modes (P1, P2, P3)

The machine features three preset automatic programs with varying speeds and directions for a guided workout.
