Setup
Charging the Speaker
Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 5 hours of playtime.
Charging the Microphones
The wireless microphones are powered by internal rechargeable batteries. Connect them to a USB power source using their respective charging cables (if provided) or follow the specific charging instructions included with the microphones.
Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power button on the speaker's control panel to turn the device on or off. A sound prompt will indicate the power status.
Operating Instructions
Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "Portronics Dash" from the list.
- A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing. The LED light will become solid.
Using Karaoke Microphones
- Power on both wireless microphones. They are designed to automatically connect to the speaker.
- Use the Echo Control buttons (ECHO + / ECHO -) on the speaker's control panel to adjust the echo effect for your vocals.
- Some microphones may feature a voice changer function; refer to the microphone's specific instructions for activation and use.
Playing Music from Other Sources
USB Drive
Insert a USB drive containing audio files into the USB port on the speaker. The speaker will automatically detect the drive and begin playing music.
TF Card
Insert a TF (microSD) card with audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically detect the card and play music.
AUX-In
Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the speaker's AUX-In port using a 3.5mm AUX cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
RGB Light Control
Press the dedicated RGB Light button (often indicated by a light bulb icon) on the speaker's control panel to cycle through different light modes or to turn the lights off.
Volume Control
