3. Assembly Guide
Assembly typically takes 30 minutes. Follow the steps below. For visual guidance, an installation video may be available on the product's online listing.
- Attach Stabilizer Tubes: Secure the front and rear stability tubes to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
- Install Pedals: Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Ensure the anti-loosening nuts are securely fastened.
- Mount Seat: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust to your desired height. Attach the seat to the seat post.
- Attach Handlebar: Insert the handlebar post into the frame and secure the handlebar.
- Connect Digital Display: Attach the digital display console to the handlebar post. Connect any necessary sensor wires from the bike to the console.
- Install Accessories: Attach the water bottle holder and pull ropes as indicated in the diagrams.

4. Adjusting Your Bike
Proper adjustment ensures comfort and effectiveness during your workout.
- Seat Adjustment: The seat can be adjusted four ways (up/down and forward/backward). Loosen the adjustment knob, move the seat to your preferred position, and tighten the knob securely. The bike accommodates users from 4.8 ft to 6.3 ft in height.
- Handlebar Adjustment: The handlebar can be adjusted two ways (up/down). Loosen the adjustment knob, move the handlebar to a comfortable height, and tighten the knob securely.
- Level Adjustment: Use the level adjustment knobs on the stability tubes to ensure the bike is stable and does not wobble on uneven floors.

5. Operating the Exercise Bike
5.1 Resistance System
This exercise bike features an updated magnetic resistance system, providing a quiet and smooth workout experience without the need for maintenance or replacement of brake pads.
- Adjusting Resistance: Turn the red knob located on the main frame to increase or decrease resistance.
- Resistance Levels: The resistance offers a wide range from 0% to 100%, suitable for various training intensities:
- 0-20%: Warm-up
- 20%-50%: Running/Cardio
- 50%-80%: Fat Burning
- 80%-100%: Muscle Strengthening
- Emergency Stop: Press down firmly on the resistance knob to quickly stop the flywheel in an emergency.

5.2 Digital Display
The digital display monitors your workout data in real-time.
- Functions: Displays Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, and Odometer (ODO). Some models may also show Pulse.
- Operation: Use the 'MODE' button to cycle through display functions.
- Reset Data: To reset all exercise data, press and hold the 'RESET' button for three seconds.
- Automatic Shut Down: The display will automatically shut down after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.
- Compatibility: The bike is compatible with Wahoo (for RPM tracking when fixed to the crank) and SPD pedals.

5.3 Using Pull Ropes
The integrated pull ropes allow for upper body exercises while cycling or separately.
- Grasp the handles of the pull ropes.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- Bike is unstable/wobbles: Ensure the bike is on a flat surface. Adjust the level adjustment knobs on the stability tubes until the bike is stable.
- Pedals feel loose: Check that the pedals are screwed in correctly (Left pedal counter-clockwise, Right pedal clockwise) and that the anti-loosening nuts are fully tightened.
- Resistance not changing: Ensure the resistance knob is functioning correctly and turning smoothly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Digital display not working: Check the battery in the console. Ensure all sensor wires are securely connected.
- Unusual noises during operation: Inspect all visible parts for any loose components. Ensure the belt drive is clear of obstructions. The magnetic resistance system is designed to be ultra-quiet (under 20 dB).
