Operating Instructions
1. Starting the Mower
To start the mower, press and hold the safety button, then pull the bail lever towards the handle. Release the safety button once the motor starts.
2. Adjusting Cutting Height
The mower features a 1-lever, 6-position cutting height adjustment.
- Ensure the mower is turned off and the battery is removed for safety.
- Locate the single height adjustment lever on the side of the mower.
- Move the lever to select one of the six cutting height positions, ranging from 0.98 inches (25mm) to 2.95 inches (75mm).
- A higher setting is recommended for taller grass or the first cut of the season.

3. Mowing Techniques
For optimal results, mow in overlapping rows. Avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass blade length at a time. If the grass is very tall, consider raising the cutting height for the first pass and then lowering it for a second pass.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
After each use, disconnect the battery and clean the underside of the mower deck to prevent grass buildup. Use a brush or cloth; avoid using water directly on electrical components.
2. Blade Care
Regularly inspect the cutting blade for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can lead to an uneven cut and strain the motor. Replace the blade if necessary.

3. Battery Storage
Store batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge batteries to approximately 50% capacity.
4. Mower Storage
The Z-fold handle allows for compact storage. Fold the handle down and store the mower in an upright position or under a workbench to save space.
