5.1 Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer.

5.2 Connecting the Timer

1. Ensure your outdoor faucet is turned off.
2. Screw the timer's inlet connector (top part) onto your standard outdoor faucet. Hand-tighten only to prevent damage.
3. Connect your garden hose or irrigation system to the timer's outlet connector (bottom part). Ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Setting Current Time

1. Press the TIME button. The hour display will flash.
2. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the hour.
3. Press SET to confirm the hour and move to minutes.
4. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the minutes.
5. Press SET to confirm the minutes and move to the day of the week.
6. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to select the current day.
7. Press TIME again to save and exit time setting mode.

6.2 Programming Irrigation Schedules

The timer supports up to 16 groups of programs per day. You can set irrigation duration and frequency.

1. Press the PROG button to enter programming mode. The program number (e.g., '1') will flash.

3. Use UP/DOWN arrows to set the desired start time for irrigation (hour and minute). Press SET after each adjustment.
4. Next, set the irrigation duration (minutes and hours). Use UP/DOWN arrows and confirm with SET.
5. Set the irrigation frequency (e.g., every day, every two days, specific days). Use UP/DOWN arrows and confirm with SET.
6. To set another program, press PROG again and repeat steps 2-5.
7. Once all programs are set, press ON to activate the programmed schedule. The display should show 'AUTO'.

6.3 Manual On/Off (Temporary Mode)

To manually water outside of the programmed schedule:

• Press the ON button. The timer will start watering immediately.
• To stop manual watering, press the OFF button. The timer will return to its programmed schedule or standby mode.

• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display, or at least once a year to ensure reliable operation.
• Cleaning: Periodically check the inlet filter for debris and clean it if necessary to maintain proper water flow.
