4. Setup

  2. Place the massager on a flat, firm floor or low-pile carpet to ensure proper airflow and stability. Avoid thick carpets that might block the vents.
  3. Ensure the power cord is easily accessible and not obstructed.
  4. Connect the power adapter to the massager's power input port.
  5. Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet. The device is now ready for use.
  6. Insert 1 AA battery into the remote control if not already installed.

5. Operating Instructions

The RENPHO Thermacool Foot Massager can be operated using the integrated touch panel or the included remote control. It is recommended to start with the lowest settings and gradually increase intensity.

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the foot chambers.
  2. Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn on the device.
  3. The default massage mode will begin.

5.2 Adjusting Settings

  • Kneading Speed: Select from 3 kneading speeds (Low, Medium, High) to customize the intensity of the deep kneading massage. Deep kneading is designed for the forefoot, arch, and toes.
  • Compression Intensity: Choose from 5 compression intensities to adjust the pressure around your instep and ankle.
  • Heating Function: Activate the heating function with 3 upgrade heat levels (40℃ / 104℉ to 55℃ / 131℉). The warmth covers the entire foot, reaching maximum temperature within 5 minutes.
  • Cooling Function: Activate the cooling function with 3 innovative cooling levels (12℃ / 54℉ to 5℃ / 41℉). Cooling targets the heel for soothing relief and compression around the ankle. It reaches minimum temperature within 1 minute.
  • Timer: Set the massage duration (e.g., 15, 20, 30 minutes). The display will show a countdown.

Note: Cooling targets the heel for soothing and cooling relief, with compression around the ankle for a gentle massage — but no kneading on the heel. Deep Kneading is designed for the forefoot, arch, and toes. Hot and cold functions cannot be used simultaneously.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your foot massager.

  • Cleaning Covers: The removable foot covers are machine-washable. Remove them from the foot chambers and wash according to fabric care instructions. Allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
  • Cleaning Vents: For optimal performance, it is recommended to clean the vents regularly. Use tweezers or a low-temperature hair dryer to remove any dust or debris.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the device in water.
  • Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure the device has cooled down completely before storing.
