4. Setup and Assembly

Your DEEPOWER S8 e-bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. The included tool kit contains everything necessary to complete the assembly.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bicycle and all components from the packaging. Retain the original packaging for at least 14 days for potential returns.
  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely.
  3. Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the brake rotor is correctly seated in the caliper and the quick release or axle nuts are tightened.
  4. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then tighten securely with a wrench. Note that the left pedal is reverse-threaded.
  5. Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post with the saddle into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the height for comfortable pedaling and secure it with the quick release lever.
