5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Attaching the Extender to Your Laptop

The screen extender is designed to securely attach to laptops between 13.3 and 16.1 inches. It features a stretchable back panel and clips for a snug fit.

5.2 Installing the Clip Extender Pad (for 13.3-15.6" Laptops)

For smaller laptops (13.3-15.6 inches), install the removable clip pad for a more secure fit. Remove it for larger laptops (15.6-16.1 inches).

1. Place side A of the clip pad facing down.
2. Align the groove on side A with the clip on the extender.
3. Tilt the clip extender pad at an angle and press it into the corner of the clip.
4. Press down firmly along side B until the clip is completely covered.

5.3 Connecting the Screens

The screen extender supports both wired and wireless connections. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports full functionality (data, power delivery, and display) or use the HDMI port with a separate power source.

1. For Left Screen (Wired): Connect the left screen to your laptop using a full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable. Alternatively, use an HDMI to mini HDMI cable for video and a USB-C to USB-C cable for power.
2. For Right Screen (Wireless): The right screen connects wirelessly via Miracast (for Windows/Android) or AirPlay (for Mac).

5.4 Casting with a Single Tap

No app or additional driver is required for casting once connected.

• Windows Laptop & Desktop: Press Windows key + K, then select the monitor name and connect.
• AirPlay (Mac OS): Pull down the notification bar or Control Center icon, click the AirPlay icon, select the monitor name, and connect.
• Miracast (Phone/Android): Pull down the notification bar, click the Cast icon, select the monitor name, and connect.
