4. Setup Guide

4.1. Physical Installation

  1. Choose a Location: Select an outdoor location with a clear view of the area you wish to monitor. Ensure the camera is within range of your WiFi network.
  2. Mounting: Use the provided screw pack to securely mount the camera to a wall or suitable surface. The camera is designed for wall mounting.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet. Ensure the power cable is routed safely and protected from the elements.

4.2. App Installation and Initial Setup

  1. Download the App: Search for "O-Kam Pro" in your smartphone's app store (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and install it.
  2. Create an Account: Open the O-Kam Pro app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account.
  3. Add Camera:
    • Ensure your camera is powered on and its indicator light is flashing, indicating it's ready for pairing.
    • In the app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
    • Select your camera model or scan the QR code on the camera if available.
    • Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network.
  4. Complete Setup: Once connected, you can name your camera and configure initial settings.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Live View and Playback

  • Access Live View: Open the O-Kam Pro app and select your camera to view the live feed.
  • Pan and Tilt Control: Use the directional controls within the app to remotely pan the camera 355 degrees horizontally and tilt it 90 degrees vertically, utilizing both fixed and rotatable lenses for a full 360° view.
  • Playback: Access recorded footage from the app's playback section. You can filter by date and time.

5.2. Night Vision Modes

7. Troubleshooting
