3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Two people are required for safe assembly.

Step 1: Prepare Base Frame

Attach the support bars to the bottom panel using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 2: Assemble Side and Middle Panels

Connect the side panels and internal divider panels to the base frame. Use dowels and cam locks as indicated in the diagram.

Step 3: Install Wine Racks and Shelves

Insert the wine racks into their designated slots. Place the adjustable shelves at your desired height using the shelf pins.

Step 4: Attach Top Panel and Back Panels

Secure the top panel to the assembled frame. Fasten the back panels to the rear of the cabinet.

Step 5: Install Drawers and Doors

Assemble the drawers according to the separate drawer instructions and slide them into place. Attach the hinges to the iron mesh doors and then to the cabinet frame. Adjust hinges for proper door alignment.

Step 6: Secure Anti-Tip Kit

Attach the anti-tip hardware to the cabinet and to a wall stud as per the included instructions. This is a critical safety step.

5. Operating Instructions

Adjustable Shelves:

The cabinet features adjustable shelves to accommodate items of various heights. To adjust, remove the shelf pins, reposition the shelf to the desired height, and reinsert the pins securely.

Wine Cooler Integration:

The dedicated space is designed for a wine cooler up to 17.7" W x 19.7" D x 33.9" H. Utilize the integrated cord holes for power cable management.

Drawer Usage:

The storage drawers are equipped with smooth slides for easy access. Ideal for storing utensils, accessories, or small items.

6. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Spills: Promptly clean up any spills to prevent staining, especially on the laminate surface.
• Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Avoid Overloading: Do not place excessive weight on shelves or the tabletop to prevent structural damage.

7. Troubleshooting

Issue: Cabinet feels wobbly.

Solution: Ensure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. Check all assembly hardware and tighten any loose screws. Verify the anti-tip kit is correctly installed.

Issue: Doors do not close properly.

Solution: Adjust the door hinges. Most hinges allow for minor adjustments to align the doors. Refer to the hinge manufacturer's instructions if specific adjustments are needed.

Issue: Drawers stick or do not slide smoothly.

Solution: Ensure the drawer slides are correctly installed and free from obstructions. Lubricate the slides with a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
