Product Overview

The SERVOMASTER SM16S combines multiple essential functions into one compact device:

Setup

Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the SERVOMASTER SM16S. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the device's input port and plug the other end into a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The LCD display will indicate the charging status and battery level. A full charge ensures maximum performance for jump starting and inflation.

Operating Instructions

1. Jump Starting a Vehicle

1. Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged.
2. Connect the red clamp of the smart jumper cables to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery.
3. Connect the black clamp of the smart jumper cables to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery.
4. Plug the smart jumper cable connector into the EC5 output port on the jump starter. The indicator light on the smart cable will turn green if the connection is correct and safe. If it flashes red, check the connections.
5. Start your vehicle.
6. Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the smart jumper cable connector from the jump starter, then disconnect the black clamp, followed by the red clamp from the vehicle battery.

2. Using the Air Compressor (Tire Inflation)

1. Screw the air hose into the air output port on the top of the jump starter.
2. Attach the air hose nozzle to the tire valve stem. Ensure a secure connection.
3. Press the power button to turn on the device. The LCD display will show the current tire pressure.
4. Use the 'M' button to select the desired inflation mode (Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball) or the 'U' button to change pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA, KG/cm²).
5. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the target pressure.
6. Press the power button again to start inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
7. Disconnect the air hose from the tire valve and then from the device.

3. Using as a Power Bank

1. Connect your electronic device (e.g., smartphone) to the USB output port using a compatible USB cable.
2. The device will automatically begin charging your connected device. The LCD display may show 'OUT' indicating power output.

4. Using the LED Light

1. Press and hold the LED light button (usually located on the side or top) to turn on the flashlight.
2. Press the button again to cycle through SOS mode (flashing) and Strobe mode.
3. Press and hold the button to turn off the LED light.

Maintenance

• Recharging: Recharge the device every 3-6 months, even if not used, to maintain battery health.
• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the jump starter in its provided storage pouch in a cool, dry environment. Avoid extreme temperatures.
