Setup Instructions

1. Placement: Place the device on a flat, solid, and hard surface. Ensure all four feet of the device are in stable contact with the ground. If using a litter tracking mat, place it in front of the unit and attach the mat's hooks to the outer feet of the device. Avoid direct contact between the mat and the unit to prevent operational interference. Maintain at least 4 inches (10cm) distance between the unit and surrounding objects (such as walls or furniture) to avoid interference with the weight sensors.
2. Install the Waste Bin: Pull the waste compartment fully backward to its limit. Flip the bag's opening outward to cover the top of the waste bin, then pull it down gently. Insert the waste bin into the rear compartment of the unit. Make sure the bag does not cover the infrared sensors to avoid malfunction.
3. Add Cat Litter: Add cat litter to the drum. The litter level should be between the MIN and MAX lines indicated inside the drum. This product is suitable for healthy cats weighing over 1 kg and older than 3 months. It supports clumping, mineral, mixed, and tofu litter. Do not use crystal-type litter as it may affect the proper operation of sensors and cleaning functions.
4. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the unit and plug it into a wall outlet. The device will automatically level the litter.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The control panel on the front of the unit provides quick access to essential functions:

• Wi-Fi Light: Indicates Wi-Fi connection status.
• Waste Bin Light: Indicates waste bin status (full or not installed).
• Top Cover Light: Indicates if the top cover is open or closed.
• Clean Light: Indicates cleaning in progress.
• Empty Light: Indicates emptying in progress.
• Child Lock Light: Indicates if child lock is active.
• Clean Button: Press briefly to start a cleaning cycle.
• Empty Button: Press & hold for 2 seconds to empty the litter.
• Power / Flatten Button: One long beep for Power on/off. Press briefly to flatten litter.
• Empty + Power Button: Press & hold for 2 seconds to reset Wi-Fi and pairing.
• Clean + Empty Button: Press & hold for 2 seconds to enable/disable Child Lock.

App Control

The uahpet app allows for remote control and monitoring of your litter box. It requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.

Automatic Cleaning Cycle

The litter box automatically detects when your cat has used it and initiates a cleaning cycle after a set delay. The rotating drum sifts the litter, separating waste into the sealed waste bin.

Manual Cleaning

To initiate a cleaning cycle manually, press the 'Clean' button on the control panel or use the app.

Emptying Litter

To empty all litter from the drum, press and hold the 'Empty' button for 2 seconds on the control panel or use the app. The drum will rotate to deposit all litter into the waste bin.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Drum

The seamless stainless-steel drum is easy to clean. All parts except the base unit are fully washable. For deep cleaning, disassemble the unit in two steps:

1. Release the rear cover.
2. Lift out the litter compartment.

Rinse the drum with water and wipe clean. Do not use steel wool, metal brushes, scrapers, or other abrasive tools. Avoid bleach, strong acid/alkaline cleaners, or heavy degreasers that may damage the surface.

Replacing Deodorizer Packs

The 4-layer odor lock system includes active anion bin and deodorizer packs. Replace deodorizer packs as needed to maintain optimal odor control.

Waste Bin Disposal

The rear-sealed waste bin can hold up to 14 days of waste for a single cat. Simply slide out the waste compartment, cinch the bag, and lift it out for disposal.
