4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to assemble the bed frame with two people.

Assembly Steps:

1. Prepare Components: Unpack all parts and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the labels and the provided manual.
2. Attach Headboard Legs: Secure the headboard support legs to the upholstered headboard using the specified screws (M8x28mm). Do not fully tighten yet; leave a slight gap for later adjustment.
3. Assemble Side Rails: Connect the two sections of each side rail using the provided metal plates and M8x40mm screws. Ensure left and right sides are correctly distinguished.
4. Attach Support Legs: Twist the plastic support legs into the designated holes on the side rails and center support beams.
5. Connect Frame: Attach the assembled side rails to the headboard and footboard using the metal brackets and screws. Ensure all connections are firm.
6. Install Wooden Slats: Unroll the wooden slats across the bed frame. The slats are connected by Velcro for easy alignment. Secure every other slat to the side rails using the self-tapping screws for enhanced stability.
7. Final Tightening: Once all parts are in place, go back and fully tighten all screws and bolts.

5. Usage

Mattress Compatibility:

This bed frame is designed to accommodate Queen size mattresses ranging from 6 to 12 inches in thickness. A box spring is not required due to the robust slat system.

Headboard Adjustment:

The upholstered headboard offers 3 levels of height adjustment. To adjust, loosen the screws connecting the headboard to its support legs, slide the headboard to the desired height, and then re-tighten the screws securely.
