Setup and Installation

1. Mounting the Display

The ESSGOO display offers two mounting options: a suction cup mount for the windshield or a hard base mount for the dashboard. Choose the option that best suits your vehicle and ensures clear visibility without obstructing your view.

Suction Cup Mount Installation:

  1. Clean the dashboard or windshield surface thoroughly.
  2. Remove the protective film from the suction cup.
  3. Press the suction cup firmly onto the desired surface and lock it in place.
  4. Attach the display to the mount.

Hard Base Mount Installation:

  1. Clean the dashboard surface.
  2. Remove the adhesive film, apply the base, and let it set for 24 hours.
  3. Align the display slot with the bracket and insert the display.

2. Power Connection

3. Reversing Camera Installation

1. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto

Wireless Apple CarPlay Connection:

  1. Switch to CarPlay mode on the display.
  2. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your iPhone. Ensure your iPhone is running iOS 10 or later.
  3. Select the device named "ESSGOO-BTDXXXXXX" to pair and activate CarPlay.
  4. The connection is successfully established.

Note: To enable voice control, ensure your device's microphone is on and Siri is activated on your iPhone.

Wireless Android Auto Connection:

  1. Activate Android Auto mode on the display.

Wireless AirPlay Connection:
