Sekey Heavy Duty Beach Wagon FW258 Instruction Manual

Welcome

Thank you for choosing the Sekey Heavy Duty Beach Wagon, Model FW258. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new wagon. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.

Important Safety Instructions

  • Maximum Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 600 lbs (272 kg). Overloading can cause damage to the wagon and potential injury.
  • Wheel Inflation: Use only the included manual air pump to inflate the balloon tires. Do not use an electric air pump, as this can over-inflate and damage the tires. Maintain a pressure range of 0.3-0.20 bar.
  • Secure Load: Always ensure that all items are securely placed within the wagon to prevent shifting or falling during transport.
  • Folding/Unfolding: Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts during the folding and unfolding process to avoid pinching.
  • Supervision: Do not allow children to play with or ride in the wagon unsupervised. This wagon is not designed for transporting people.
  • Terrain: While designed for sand, extremely soft or deep sand may still require more effort to pull. Exercise caution on uneven or sloped surfaces.
  • Storage: Store the wagon in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.

Setup and Assembly

The Sekey Beach Wagon is designed for quick and easy setup. Follow these steps:

  1. Unfold the Wagon: Place the wagon on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull the sides outwards until the frame fully extends and locks into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.
  2. Attach Wheels: If the wheels are not pre-attached, align each wheel with its axle and secure it using the provided bolts, nuts, and washers. Use the included wrench to tighten securely, but do not overtighten.
  3. Inflate Tires: Use the manual air pump to inflate each balloon tire. The recommended pressure range is 0.3-0.20 bar. Do not over-inflate. Proper inflation ensures optimal performance on various terrains, especially sand.
