Setup

Charging the Headset

Connecting to Devices

The Vakedy HW11 offers dual wireless connectivity: 2.4GHz USB wireless and Bluetooth 5.4.

2.4GHz USB Wireless Connection (for PS5, PS4, PC, Switch)

1. Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your PS5, PS4, PC, or Nintendo Switch.
2. Power on the headset. The headset will automatically attempt to connect to the dongle.
3. Once connected, the indicator light on the headset will show a stable color (refer to LED indicator section for details).
4. Note for Nintendo Switch: While audio works via the USB dongle, the microphone function is not supported in this mode.

Bluetooth 5.4 Connection (for Mac, Smartphones, Tablets)

1. Ensure the headset is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (toggle the mode switch if necessary).
2. On your device (Mac, smartphone, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
3. Select "Vakedy HW11" from the list to pair.
4. Once paired, the indicator light on the headset will show a stable color.
5. Note: Bluetooth mode is not supported on PS4/PS5 consoles.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Slide the power switch located on the earcup to turn the headset on or off.

Microphone Usage
