Setup

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge both massager units using the provided USB-C cables. Connect the cables to a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show when charging is complete.
2. Wear the Massagers: Place the massager wraps around your calves and feet. Ensure the control panel is positioned comfortably for easy access.
3. Secure the Fit: Use the adjustable Velcro straps to secure the massagers firmly but comfortably. The fit should be snug enough to allow effective compression without being overly tight. Ensure the calf section covers up to 20 inches for optimal coverage.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the control panel to turn on the device. The default session time is 15 minutes.
2. Select Massage Mode: Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 5 available massage modes: Auto, Press, Relax, Pinch, and Cycle. Auto mode is recommended for initial use.
3. Adjust Intensity: Press the 'Intensity' button (usually indicated by vertical bars) to select one of the 5 intensity levels for air compression. Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase to a comfortable level.
4. Adjust Heat Level: Press the 'Heat' button (usually indicated by wavy lines) to choose from the 3 heat levels. Heat can be adjusted at any time during a session.
5. Set Session Time: The device has default session times of 15, 20, or 25 minutes. The massager will automatically power off after the selected time for safety and battery protection.
6. Power Off: To turn off the device manually, press and hold the Power button.

The massager automatically powers off after 20 minutes to prevent over-massage and protect the battery. The recommended usage time is 15 minutes per session.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure it is fully charged before long-term storage to maintain battery health. The foldable design allows for easy storage.
• Battery Care: Charge the battery regularly, even if not in frequent use, to prolong its lifespan. Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
