Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Facelle Stand Mixer.

Cleaning Instructions

  1. Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
  2. Remove all attachments and the mixing bowl.
  3. The stainless steel bowl, dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
  4. Wipe the motor head and mixer base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor head or base in water.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Facelle Stand Mixer, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Mixer does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the tilt-head is fully lowered and locked into place.
  • Attachments do not reach ingredients at the bottom/sides of the bowl: This can sometimes occur with certain mixtures. Stop the mixer, lift the head, and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl before resuming mixing.
  • Mixer is too loud or shakes excessively: Ensure the mixer is placed on a flat, stable surface. The anti-slip suction cups should firmly grip the countertop. Reduce the speed if the mixture is very thick or heavy.
  • Motor overheats: The mixer has overheat protection. If it stops working due to overheating, unplug it and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before resuming use.
