3.1 Unpacking

  • Home Alone Mode: Converts the freezer to a fridge and turns off the main fridge compartment, saving energy when less space is needed.

4.2 AI Energy Mode

Activate the AI Energy Mode via the SmartThings app to achieve up to 10% additional energy savings by optimizing compressor operation based on usage patterns.

4.3 SmartThings Integration

4.5 Power Freeze & Power Cool

Activate Power Freeze to rapidly lower the freezer temperature for quick ice making or freezing food. Use Power Cool to quickly chill items in the refrigerator compartment.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the interior and exterior of your refrigerator. Use a soft cloth with a mild detergent and water. Ensure the Easy Clean Back is free from dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.2 Active Fresh Filter+

The Active Fresh Filter+ helps keep the refrigerator hygienic by removing up to 99% of certain bacteria. Periodically check and clean or replace the filter as indicated by the appliance or SmartThings app.
