4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components and features of your VTOMAN VL7 jump starter:

5. Charging the VTOMAN VL7
Before first use, fully charge the VTOMAN VL7. It is recommended to recharge the device every 3-6 months to maintain optimal battery health.
- Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the USB-C In/Out port on the VL7.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included) or a power source.
- The LCD display will show the charging status and battery percentage. Charge until the display indicates 100%.
The VL7 can also be charged using the provided USB-A to USB-C cable with a standard USB-A charger.
6. Initial Setup
No complex setup is required. Simply ensure the device is fully charged before its first use. Store the jump starter and its accessories in the provided EVA carrying case for protection and easy access.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
The VTOMAN VL7 is capable of jump starting all gas engines and diesel engines up to 10L. It provides up to 6000A peak current and up to 65 jumpstarts per full charge.
- Ensure the VL7 is sufficiently charged (at least 50% recommended).
- Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories.
- Insert the smart jumper cable plug into the jump cable port on the VL7.
- Connect the red (+) clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) battery terminal.
- Connect the black (-) clamp to the vehicle's negative (-) battery terminal.
- Press the Power Button on the VL7. The LCD screen will display "START" and a vehicle icon.
- If the vehicle battery is extremely low, press the "BOOST" button. The green indicator light will illuminate.
- Start your vehicle.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the jumper clamps from the vehicle battery, first the black (-) clamp, then the red (+) clamp.
- Disconnect the smart jumper cables from the VL7.

7.2. Using as a Portable Power Bank
The VL7 features a 24000mAh battery capacity, providing portable power for various electronic devices.
- USB-A Output: Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB-A output port (18W Max).
- USB-C Input/Output: Connect your device's USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port (PD30W Max).
- DC Output: Use the 12V/10A (120W Max) DC output to power compatible car refrigerators, tire inflators, camping lights, and inverters.

7.3. Using the LED Flashlight
The built-in LED flashlight offers four modes for emergency situations or general illumination.
- Press and hold the flashlight button to turn on the light.
- Press the flashlight button repeatedly to cycle through the modes: Strong Light > Normal Light > Strobe Light > SOS Light.
- Press and hold the flashlight button again to turn off the light.
