3. Setup
Battery Installation
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
- Insert the included 16340 rechargeable battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
- Screw the tail cap back on securely. Ensure the O-ring is properly seated to maintain waterproof integrity.
Note: The E10 2.0 is compatible with CR123A batteries, but the included 16340 battery offers USB-C charging capability.
Charging the Battery
The included 16340 battery features a built-in USB-C charging port. To charge:
- Unscrew the tail cap and remove the 16340 battery from the flashlight.
- Locate the USB-C port on the side of the battery.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the battery and a suitable USB power source (e.g., phone charger, laptop).
- The indicator light on the battery will show charging status (typically red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and reinsert the battery into the flashlight, ensuring the tail cap is tightened.

4. Operating Instructions
The ACEBEAM E10 2.0 features an intuitive side switch for easy operation.
Basic Operation
- Turn On/Off: Single press the side switch to turn the flashlight on or off.
- Change Brightness Levels: When the flashlight is on, press and hold the side switch to cycle through Ultra-Low, Low, Medium, and High modes. Release the switch to select the desired brightness.
Special Modes
- Turbo Mode: Double-press the side switch quickly to activate Turbo mode (1200 lumens). Double-press again to return to the previously used mode.
- Strobe Mode: Triple-press the side switch quickly to activate Strobe mode. Triple-press again to return to the previously used mode.
Lockout Function
To prevent accidental activation, the flashlight has a lockout function:
- Activate Lockout: When the flashlight is off, press and hold the side switch for approximately 3 seconds until the light flashes briefly, indicating it is locked.
- Deactivate Lockout: Press and hold the side switch for approximately 3 seconds until the light turns on in Ultra-Low mode, indicating it is unlocked.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the flashlight body with a clean, soft cloth.
- Clean the lens with a lens cloth to maintain optimal light output.
Battery Care
- Charge the battery regularly, especially if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
O-Rings
- Periodically inspect the O-rings for wear or damage.
- Replace damaged O-rings with the provided spares to maintain the IP68 waterproof rating.
- Apply a thin layer of silicone grease to the O-rings to ensure a good seal and prevent drying.
6. Troubleshooting
- Flashlight not turning on:
- Ensure the battery is correctly installed with the positive (+) end facing the head.
- Check if the battery is charged. Remove and charge the battery using the USB-C port.
- Verify the flashlight is not in lockout mode. Press and hold the side switch for 3 seconds to unlock. - Light is dim or flickers:
- The battery level may be low. Recharge the battery.
- Ensure the tail cap is fully tightened. A loose connection can cause intermittent power. - Water ingress after exposure:
- Check the O-rings for any damage or improper seating. Replace if necessary and ensure they are lubricated. - Flashlight gets hot during use:
- High brightness modes (especially Turbo) generate significant heat. This is normal. The flashlight has built-in thermal regulation to prevent overheating by automatically reducing output.
