2.1 Unpacking and Component Identification
Carefully unpack all components and verify against the included parts list. The package includes the spray gun, motor unit, air hose, shoulder strap, 4 nozzles (1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3.0mm), cleaning brush, and needle.

2.2 Assembly
- Connect the air hose to both the spray gun and the motor unit. Ensure connections are secure.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your paint sprayer. Clean the unit immediately after each use.
4.1 Cleaning Procedure (Steps 1-4)
- Turn off the power unit and release the trigger to allow material to flow back into the canister from the spray gun.
- Return any leftover material to the original container.
- Add cleaning solution (water for water-based paints, appropriate solvent for oil-based paints) to the canister, clean the canister and tube, then dispose of the solution properly. Refill with new cleaning solution.
- Reattach the canister, air hose, and power unit.

4.2 Cleaning Procedure (Steps 5-8)
- Spray cleaning solution through the gun briefly in a safe area. Turn off the power, trigger the gun to return material to the canister, and wipe the cup and gun exterior clean.
- Remove the tip collar, air cap, nozzle, and pickup tube. Check if paint is present inside or outside. IMPORTANT: Avoid cleaning the nozzle or air holes with sharp metal objects. Do not use solvents or lubricants containing silicone.
- Twist and detach the spray gun from the handle. Clean the rear of the gun (a) with cleaning solution and lubricate the O-ring (b) with a thin layer of petroleum jelly.
- Thoroughly dry all parts. Add a drop of household oil inside the sprayer through the hole for the spray tip assembly. Reassemble the gun for future use.
