Product Overview

The SOOPYK Water Cooler Dispenser and Ice Maker is a versatile appliance designed to provide hot, cold, and room temperature water, along with bullet-shaped ice. It features a bottom-loading design for easy water bottle replacement, a self-cleaning function, and a child safety lock for hot water dispensing.

Key Features

  • Three Temperature Settings: Dispenses hot, cold, and room temperature water. Indicator lights confirm when hot/cold water is ready.
  • Self-Cleaning Function: Activated by pressing and holding the ice-making button for 3 seconds. The cycle runs for 10 minutes. A UV lamp in the cold water tank operates continuously when the machine is plugged in to reduce contaminants.
  • Built-in Ice Maker: Produces bullet-shaped ice, with a daily capacity of up to 22 lbs. The internal storage can hold up to 0.88 lbs of ice. The machine will beep three times and stop making ice when the bin is full. Note: This unit does not keep ice frozen long-term.

  • Durable Construction: Features a stainless steel weld tank for long-lasting performance and reliability. The tubing connecting to the water bottle is also stainless steel.
  • Child-Safety Lock: The hot water dispenser is equipped with a child safety lock to prevent accidental hot water dispensing. Press the Child Lock button first, then the hot water button.
  • Night Light Feature: Illuminates the water spouts for clear visibility in low-light conditions. Activates when dispensing water or ice.
  • ECO Mode: An energy-saving function that stops heating water at night when activated. Press the energy saving button to turn ECO mode on. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn it off.
  • Empty Bottle Alert: An indicator light notifies you when the water bottle needs to be replaced.

Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the unit from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the water cooler on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Water Bottle Installation (Bottom Loading):
    • Open the lower cabinet door.
    • Insert the probe into a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
    • Slide the water bottle into the cabinet.
    • Close the cabinet door.

  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Water Flow: Before turning on heating or cooling functions, dispense at least 1 liter of water from both the hot and cold spouts to ensure the tanks are filled and prevent dry heating.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to power the unit.
  2. Dispensing Cold Water: Press the Cold Water button. Water will dispense for up to 60 seconds or until the button is pressed again.
  3. Dispensing Room Temperature Water: Press the Fresh Water button. Water will dispense for up to 60 seconds or until the button is pressed again.
  4. Dispensing Hot Water (with Child Lock):
    • First, press the Child Lock button.
    • Then, press the Hot Water button. Hot water will dispense.

  5. Dispensing Ice: Place your container under the ice dispenser paddle and push it. Ice will dispense.
  6. ECO Mode Activation: Press the ECO button to activate energy-saving mode. The machine will stop heating water at night. To deactivate, press and hold the ECO button for 3 seconds.

Maintenance

  1. Self-Cleaning Cycle: To activate the self-cleaning function, ensure the machine is turned off, then press and hold the Ice-Making button for 3 seconds. The ice indicator will blink, and the power light will remain on. The cycle will automatically shut off after 10 minutes.
  2. Drip Tray Cleaning: Regularly remove and clean the drip tray to prevent water overflow and maintain hygiene.
  3. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  4. Water Bottle Replacement: Replace the water bottle when the "Empty Bottle Alert" indicator illuminates.

Troubleshooting
