4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the head torch. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the headlamp and to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The power indicator lights will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes about 2.5 hours.

4.2 Adjusting the Headband
The head torch features an adjustable elastic headband. Place the headlamp on your head and use the buckle to adjust the strap for a comfortable and secure fit. The ergonomic design ensures comfort during extended wear. For hardhat use, four clips are included to secure the headlamp.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power Button and Light Modes
The head torch has a main power button to cycle through different lighting modes:
- Press once for COB 100% (wide-angle light, 350 lumens).
- Press again for COB 40% (wide-angle light, 150 lumens).
- Press again for XPE 100% (spotlight, 150 lumens).
- Press again for XPE 40% (spotlight, 60 lumens).
- To activate Strobe Mode (COB & XPE), press and hold the power button for 3 seconds from any mode.
To turn off the light directly from any mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. This avoids cycling through all modes.

5.2 Motion Sensor Mode
The head torch features a sensitive intelligent sensor for hands-free operation:
- Press the dedicated Sensor Mode Button (indicated by a wave icon) to activate the motion sensor function. A small indicator light will illuminate to confirm sensor mode is active.
- Once activated, wave your hand within approximately 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) of the sensor to turn the light on or off.
- Press the Sensor Mode Button again to deactivate the motion sensor and return to manual control.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the head torch with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt or debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the device.
6.2 Storage
When storing the headlamp for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged and kept in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to take it out every three months to check and recharge it. This practice helps extend the battery's lifespan and prevent damage due to over-discharge.
7. Troubleshooting
- Light not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is low, connect the headlamp to a power source using the USB cable.
- Motion sensor not responding: Check if the motion sensor mode is activated. Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the sensor and that your hand is within the effective sensing range.
- Short battery life: Ensure the headlamp is fully charged before use. Battery performance can be affected by extreme temperatures.
