2. Safety Instructions
- Always place the air purifier on a firm, level surface.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
- Remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or tapes.
4.2 Filter Installation
The filter may come pre-installed but wrapped in plastic. Remove the plastic before first use.
- Invert the machine and rotate the base counter-clockwise to unlock and remove the filter cover.
- Remove the filter from its plastic packaging.
- Insert the filter back into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Replace the filter cover and rotate clockwise to lock it securely.

4.3 Placement
- Place the air purifier on a stable, flat surface in the desired room.
- Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for optimal air circulation.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel is located on the top of the unit and features touch controls and a PM2.5 display.

5.2 Power On/Off
- Touch the Power button (U) to turn the unit on or off.
5.3 Fan Speed Adjustment
- Touch the Fan Speed button (*) to cycle through different fan speeds (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
5.4 Auto Mode
- When in Auto Mode, the air purifier automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the real-time PM2.5 air quality readings.
- To activate Auto Mode, press the Fan Speed button until 'A' or 'Auto' is indicated on the display.
5.5 Sleep Mode Pro
This mode is designed for quiet operation during sleep, with customizable settings.

- Touch the Sleep Mode button (Crescent Moon) to activate Sleep Mode.
- In Sleep Mode Pro, you can customize fan speed, sound (e.g., whisper quiet, white noise), and brightness (e.g., weak light, totally dark). Refer to the display for specific customization options.
5.6 Desk Lamp Operation
The integrated desk lamp provides warm light with adjustable brightness.

- Touch the Lamp button (Lightbulb icon) to turn the lamp on/off or adjust its brightness.
- The lamp and air purifier functions can operate independently.
5.7 Child Lock
- To activate the Child Lock, press and hold the Fan Speed button (*) for 3 seconds.
- This prevents accidental changes to settings. Repeat the action to deactivate.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Filter Replacement
The filter replacement reminder will illuminate when it's time to change the filter. The filter typically lasts 5-12 months depending on usage.
- Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
- Invert the machine and rotate the base counter-clockwise to unlock and remove the filter cover.
- Remove the old filter and dispose of it properly.
- Insert a new newpad replacement filter (Model: KJDQ-300D-PRO filter) into the unit.
- Replace the filter cover and rotate clockwise to lock it securely.
- Reconnect the power. To reset the filter replacement reminder, press and hold the Fan Speed button (*) for 3 seconds until it beeps.
6.2 Cleaning the Unit
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- The pre-filter can be gently vacuumed to remove larger particles between replacements.
