Setup
Battery Installation
The RASTAR RC car and its remote control require AA batteries, which are not included in the package. Ensure you have fresh batteries for optimal performance.
- For the RC Car: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the car. Open the cover and insert 3 x AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Securely close the battery compartment cover.
- For the Remote Control: Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Open the cover and insert 2 x AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Securely close the battery compartment cover.
Always use new batteries of the same type. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

Operating Instructions
Pairing the Remote Control
The car and remote control operate on a single 2.4GHz frequency. They should automatically pair upon turning both devices on. If the car does not respond, turn both off and then on again.
Driving the RC Car
Use the dual-grip remote controller to maneuver the vehicle. The remote provides full functions for control:
- Forward: Push the left joystick forward.
- Reverse: Pull the left joystick backward.
- Turn Left: Push the right joystick left.
- Turn Right: Push the right joystick right.
- Stop: Release the joysticks to their neutral position.
The car can reach a speed of approximately 4 mph (7 km/h) and has a remote range of up to 80 feet. The 2.4GHz frequency allows multiple RASTAR RC cars to be operated simultaneously without interference.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the RC car, gently wipe its surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners, as these can damage the electronic components and paint finish. Ensure no dust or debris accumulates in the wheels or chassis.
Storage
When not in use for extended periods, remove all batteries from both the car and the remote control to prevent leakage and corrosion. Store the car in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Direction Adjustment
If the car does not drive straight, locate the direction adjustment switch on the underside of the chassis. Adjust it slightly until the car maintains a straight path.

Troubleshooting
- Car not responding:
- Check if the car and remote control are both switched ON.
- Ensure batteries are correctly installed with proper polarity.
- Replace old or depleted batteries with new ones.
- Move closer to the car to ensure it is within the 80-foot remote range.
- Car drives slowly or erratically:
- Batteries may be low. Replace all batteries in both the car and remote.
- Ensure the car is being operated on a smooth, flat surface. Performance may vary on rough terrain.
- Car does not drive straight:
- Adjust the direction adjustment switch located on the underside of the car until it tracks straight.
